About Shweta

Hello!! And welcome to my little space on the huge WEB

I am a Certified Self-Empowerment coach (ACSTH-ICF), the owner & CEO at Be a Flaunta, an author in the series Coach Wisdom Book & A content creator. I am also an accomplished homemaker, a mum of an adult kid & a middle school teacher. And without all those labels I am a Free Spirited Empathetic Rebel!!

What led me to coach women around their perfectionism, imposter syndrome, indecisiveness, and self-sabotage was the fact that I had spent a huge part of my life denying my potential due to internal negative chatter & fear of failure.

And finally when my strengths got fed up of being suppressed, I said “Enough is Enough!!” I took charge of my life; I went deeper to analyze my thoughts, actions, and beliefs to understand what was stopping me. I felt empowered as I broke through my limitations, owned who I was, and built my confidence from this place of authenticity & self-love.

It was fantastic to be empowered & flauntastic, but I am incomplete without my clan. Where’s my tribe?? How can I have more Flauntas in this world?? These 2 thoughts got me to support ambitious & rebellious women on their journey of building Flauntastic Confidence.

That’s what I am here for & That’s what I love to do!!

Who’s Flaunta?

Flaunta is the Greek goddess of Confidence.

But she was not always a goddess. She was first only known as Aphrodite’s cousin, who usually overshadowed her. Her feeling of inferiority made her look for approval from other Goddesses. She even wondered how some women on Earth were so confident with their looks and work & they were consistently achieving their goals in spite of the barriers that they were facing.

This prompted her to look at herself closely in the mirror. In that mirror, she could see her shines (her qualities) & her shadows (her limitations). At that moment she was prompted to accept both her shines & shadows, and she fell in love with her true self.
This recognition & love that she felt for herself from within, helped her step into her POWER. Powerful for her meant that, no matter what happens in the outside world, it would not change the strong bond that she has with herself from within.

She then asked Aphrodite to make her the goddess of Confidence, so that she could inspire the women on Earth to be confident about themselves. Aphrodite agreed!! As a goddess, Flaunta stays close to the women who have lost their confidence due to the pressures of life; she inspires them till they have regained their confidence, and then she moves on to another person. Slowly, Flaunta has proved that she was the goddess that the world needed.
